"Caprivi is not Namibia and will never be Namibia". He said. Former DTA and UDP president Mishake Muyongo still believes that Namibia is occupying Caprivi illegally. He said the People jailed for the Caprivi Succession Act are Political Prisoners just like Ya Toivo who was prisoned at Robben Island. Muyongo said he helped SWAPO with the party constitution and saved them from "Shipanga Rebellion" when Sam Nujoma ran away to Cairo.
