The sheer dopamine rush of being able to land combos pike these Tekken 7 had its own issues, but atleast the majority (not all) of characters still felt like they had some "soul", some identity Can't say the same about T8 S2, characters feel so homogenized, so bland

Devil Jin's BF2,1 can be punished by moves up to i14 with a "1+2" input specifically by inputting a sidestep (u or d) prior. This "bug" has been on the character for over 10 years now. I thought they fixed this piece of legacy with the release of T8, apparently not. #t8_report

Weird heat disocvery: Neutral guarding after a heatdash will cause all follow-up hits to deal 100% recoverable damage, while holding b to guard doesn't. Neutral guarding doesn't risk getting hit by fast moves. This isn't practice mode only behavior; works in match aswell

Anti Devil Jin: D1+2 (laser stomp) connects at its 3rd active frame (-14) in the average oki/spike situation, making the move realistically come out at i25 Thanks to its speed and unique voice line it is possible to react to it with enough practice speed of mids/low varied

I used to mash parry after -12 in my prime Peep how much fun I was having playing this game, these days I can't help but feel I look soulless while playing T8🥲
