A clip from the documentary I mentioned on my new podcast on The Macpherson Report and anti-white policing. This is probably as close as you will get to a behind-the-scenes look at how the Two-Tier system began. The context here is that Met police chief Paul Condon has admitted the Met has racist officers, but he does not agree with the new-fangled term ''Institutional Racism''.
