A strongly worded letter from Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, or Ilhan Omar? Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani and his wife are very involved in the humanitarian aspects of Gaza, right? Surely they’ll condemn this.

US AMB. MIKE HUCKABEE JUST WALKED INTO A PALLYWOOD PRODUCTION Watching U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee’s visit to Turmus Ayya, the entire thing feels less like a fact-finding mission and more like a carefully produced scene. American flags everywhere. Cameras waiting. A predetermined narrative. Then two Israelis appear nearby on an ATV, and Palestinian Authority media immediately packages it as an Israeli “attack.” Seriously? There are real crimes. There are real extremists. Deal with them. But turning the mere presence of two Jews on an ATV into another scene in the “settler terrorism” narrative is exactly why so many Israelis no longer trust these productions. And then there’s Huckabee himself. Anyone who watches him regularly knows the man: energetic, animated, completely comfortable in his own skin. Here? He looks like someone who realizes he has somehow become a character in somebody else’s movie. I seriously doubt Mike Huckabee scripted this. But I would very much like to know who did. Because make no mistake: the Palestinian Authority suddenly wrapping itself in American flags does not make it pro-American. It makes for a very useful backdrop when the U.S. Ambassador comes to town.

Dr. Eric Mandel, founder and director of the Middle East Political Information Network, Dr. Eric Mandel / MEPIN™, joins MossadIL Asks for a wide-ranging conversation about what happens when information itself becomes a battlefield. And that leads to the fundamental question: When governments, media, universities, activists and algorithms are all competing to shape reality, can Western societies still agree that there is such a thing as truth? ✡️ FRIDAY TORAH WITH ARI FULD Z”L Parshat Vayeilech (Part of our scheduled content...always pinned) Ari Fuld was murdered by a Palestinian terroris, but even after being critically wounded, he fought back and helped save others. His courage, advocacy, love of Israel and love of Torah continue to inspire. In this week’s Grilling in Torah episode on Parshat Vayeilech, Ari focuses on Moshe’s final message to Yehoshua as leadership of the Jewish people is transferred to a new generation: “Chazak ve’ematz.” Be strong and courageous. But Ari asks an important question: If Judaism teaches us not to believe that our success comes solely from our own strength, why does Moshe specifically tell Yehoshua to be strong? 🔥 Ari’s answer begins with Moshe himself. Moshe was one of the most humble people in Jewish histor, and initially resisted becoming leader. But there comes a point when humility can no longer be used as a reason to avoid responsibility. 🔥 True humility does not mean believing you are incapable or insignificant. When you are given a responsibilit, to your people, your country or your value, refusing to act is not necessarily modesty. Sometimes it is failure to lead. 🔥 That is what Moshe is teaching Yehoshua. Remain humble personally, but when the future of Am Yisrael is at stake, leadership demands strength. There are moments when you must stand up, speak clearly and act. 🔥 Ari applies that lesson directly to Israel. Israel should not seek confrontation for its own sak, but neither can fear of international opinion determine what Israel does when its survival, sovereignty or fundamental rights are at stake. 🔥 Strength and faith are not contradictions. Ari argues that Jewish strength does not come from believing, “I alone did this.” It comes from understanding whom and what you represent: Hashem, Am Yisrael and a mission larger than yourself. 🔥 Leadership is also not about ego. Ari draws a sharp distinction between leaders who constantly tell everyone what they have accomplished and genuine leadership. Leadership, he says, is not sold. Leadership is earned. The message of “Chazak ve’ematz” is therefore not arrogance. It is a warning against allowing fear, false modesty or concern about what others will think to become excuses for failing to do what is right. As Ari put it: when dealing with the survival of Israel, with truth or with morality, there are moments when we cannot bow our heads. We have to stand up. We have to roar. Not because we believe our strength alone will save u, but because we know who we are, what we represent and why we are here. May the Jewish people continue to move forward with both humility and courag, and may Ari’s Torah, strength and fearless leadership continue to inspire us.
