This was September 2024 in an interview with Alex Phillips on Talk - almost two years ago - and a couple of weeks before I was suspended by Police Federation of England and Wales for flagging the same issues during a different interview. "I think the police have become politicised internally... the Race Action Plan may well be one such example of that... So when everything is viewed through the lens of race... when everything is racist, nothing is racist."
