I've heard dozens of stories about Tom Brady walking up to undrafted free agents in the locker room and shaking their hand saying, "Hi, I'm Tom. Its great to meet you." Apparently, Scottie Scheffler doesn't do the same admitting he's never met nor spoken to Jackson Koivun.

Rory McIlroy finished T2 at the Genesis Invitational. Clueless reporter: Was it almost cruel to see that one on 18 go in after so many slipped by earlier? Rory: No not really, I mean it probably earned me an extra $400,000 or $500,000 so it was fine.

Bryson DeChambeau asked if Keegan Bradley should be a playing captain at the Ryder Cup, "I can confidently say he should be apart of the team for sure." I've watched pretty much every Bryson presser for 3 years & this is 1 of the shortest replies he's ever given. A little odd...

Wyndham Clark asked about his morning preparation heading in to Sunday with a 5 shot lead, "Fortunately, I've got a great girlfriend I can hang out with and she distracts me."

Brooks Koepka asked to define a tough golfer, "A guy that's just got a lot of grit, doesn't give up." Koepka withdrew from the RBC Canadian Open this week after shooting a 2-over par 72 in Rd.3 after leading and now appears to have magically healed from his injury in 2 days.

Jon Rahm was paired with Sergio Garcia today during the final round of The Masters and was asked about his outbursts, "I felt like I was exactly where he was at today the last few days, so I can't really say much."

Rory McIlroy throws Ryder Cup teammates under the bus saying they have no value. Q: If LIV goes away, should there be guys allowed back? McIlroy, "I'd argue have they brought value to LIV?"

Lexi Thompson is like the rock band The Who did their first farewell tour in 1982 but just kept on playing years later. Lexi announced her retirement from golf in 2024 but shot a 66 today and sits T10 heading into the final round of the Chevron.

That’s not how you call a 58? This is how you call a 58.

Nico Echavarria comments after a fan yelled in his backswing which lead to Scottie Scheffler conceded a 32-foot putt for par to Nico which tied the hole, "We have the No.1 player in the world who is a class act and I wasn't expecting for him to give me that putt for par."

The Americans were asked, "What did you guys feel after hearing that Brandt (Snedeker) was saying he didn't feel like he lived up to his end of the bargain for you guys?" Xander Schauffele, "Hundred percent agree with him."

Cameron Young was paired with Rory McIlroy in the final grouping of The Masters and he too got the "Bryson DeChambeau treatment" of little to no speaking, "We're not trying to be best friends out there."

Brooks Koepka was asked if any LIV players have reached out to him to ask about his transition back to the PGA Tour but says he's changed his phone number. He also goes on to explain how PGA Tour players have better access to on site equipment trucks that apparently LIV doesn't.

I'm calling complete bullshit on this Ryan Fox story, "I got stopped 5 times to sign an autograph." I have a golf radio show & have interviewed numerous pro's & I couldn't pick this guy out of 200 players. Unless he had a shirt on that says, "Im the guy who won The Open" its BS.

Justin Thomas has been a mentor to Jackson Koivun and he spoke about his performance this week at the Presidents Cup, "He's really good at golf" + "I'll never in my life forget the smile he had on his face when he put the tee in the ground on Thursday."

After turning 50 this year, Zach Johnson has spent time playing on the Champions Tour and he explains what he likes about it, "If you want a cart; great. Tee times are like 10:30am to 12:30pm, sleep in everyday. Work out at night cuz you might be in a cart."

Brooks Koepka had to explain to the local media why he was playing this weeks CJ Cup Byron Nelson while most other big name players are skipping it, "With my penalty, I'm not allowed to play every event and if I get the chance to tee it up I want to play."

Love this flex from Justin Rose who drops his resume on a reporter who asked if winning the US Open this year would increase his career status, "When you've been World No.1, you've won an Olympic gold medal and you've won the Fed Ex Cup...I kind of feel like its less important."

In a candid moment, Brooks Koepka admits off course issues took their toll last year on him and his wife Jena, "Last year was just difficult personally with what was going on off the golf course, nothing to do on it, it was just off."

Scottie Scheffler not taking the bait when asked his thoughts of a pathway back to the PGA Tour for LIV players, "I just got off the golf course, I don't know what you want from me."

After an opening round 4-over par 76 Bryson DeChambeau was about as livid as I've ever seen post round. Gone were the charismatic 2 minute responses and replaced with short choppy answers.

Something seems fishy with the election result. I was working for elections Canada tonight in Durham Region & we hadn’t counted a single vote. Then I go on my phone & see CTV declared the Liberals winning. How is that possible?

Rory McIlroy took several personal jabs toward Bryson DeChambeau at last week's Open Championship, Scottie Scheffler was asked if rivalry is good for golf, "My biggest rival week in-week out is the golf course that we're playing" + "I've never been a big fan of personal jabs."

Are we expected to just brush past the fact that this dude just got out of rehab last week and the first thing he does is show up to a press conference about golf? No time to himself to reflect or time with family to heal further....naw....give me that spotlight.

Scottie Scheffler (16-under) leads the Travelers after shooting 60 during Rd.2. He was asked if being on 59 watch is similar to a pitcher on a no-hitter, "I'm not one that talks a tonne on the course anyways so if somebody wants to talk to me I'm more than happy to chat."

Scottie Scheffler discussed his friendship with Tony Romo and admits he has beaten Jordan Spieth, "He has a better understanding than I do of what its like to be in the spotlight & I'm fortunate to have the ability to bounce certain things off of him."

After breaking his driver by smashing it off the tee box on the 2nd hole at Augusta National, a seething Sergio Garcia delivers one of the greatest post-round press conferences in the history of golf, "It makes it very easy, you just have to hit 3-wood all the time."

Jack Nicklaus just eviscerates the quality of the field at today's PGA Tour events including his own tournament The Memorial, "He (Scheffler) knows, that those guys are not in his league." Even Jack knows Scottie's only real competition are the LIV players.
