A video reportedly taken undercover by a Cal Baptist wrestler — and later leaked — appears to show Deputy Athletic Director Joey Logan informing the team that they would not be permitted to wear “Keep CBU Wrestling” singlets or any alternate singlet as a form of protest in their final dual meet. The directive comes after the university’s abrupt decision to eliminate its Division I wrestling program. The moment draws comparisons to Stanford’s Shane Griffith, who wore an inside-out black singlet during the 2021 NCAA Championships in protest after Stanford announced it would cut wrestling. Griffith went on to win the national title, and the program was later reinstated. With Cal Baptist’s season coming to a close, the wrestling world continues to follow the situation closely. This poster purposely cropped out the actual catalyst, not sure why… Here are the facts: - AJ didn’t wrestle vs OSU (not a reason to get chippy). - Swiderski chirped in his face during a routine handshake, regarding above. - AJ came over and said “what did you say?” - Facundo attempted to contain Swiderski, who then grabbed AJ’s arm to “guide him away”, they then separated and moved on. Cropping a video to disguise things is weird. If you’re gonna post, just post it all so people can make informed opinions.

The official docked Princeton a team point for this “headgear toss” following Rocco Camillaci’s win at 157 lbs. The dual ultimately ended 20–19 in Rider’s favor, with that single point proving decisive. Princeton would have won the dual on criteria otherwise. I understand the rule, but at this level, in that moment, it’s worth asking: should that be called? Curious to hear thoughts from coaches, officials, and fans- especially on consistency and discretion in these situations.

Is it just me or is this really weird? A bunch of wrestlers from different teams in District 25 gather around a kid from West Deptford, the team who had Knox thrown out. This was right after it happened… They made these TikTok videos regarding “the downfall of Anthony Knox” that they then celebrated here. Pretty sad… Was the entire gym that day against SJV? The district realignments in NJ need to be reversed.
