“The most important thing is sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ every single day. The second most important thing is making sure you can do the first thing.” My husband dedicated his life to protecting the freedoms given to us by our Creator and ensured by our Founders. I’ll forever be inspired by the wisdom in his words. I pray they inspire you too, not simply to cherish the freedoms we’ve inherited, but to defend them so our children and their children inherit them too.

My husband always said it best. COVID taught us that knowledge and wisdom are not the same thing. Our institutions are filled with people like Fauci who have credentials, degrees, and knowledge, but lack wisdom. And knowledge without wisdom, especially when combined with power, is incredibly dangerous. “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,” — Proverbs 9:10

Free speech and debate are the antidote to this. That’s why what our Turning Point USA chapters are doing on college campuses is so important. Students should be taught to challenge diverse viewpoints intellectually, not with violence. Charlie said that when people stop talking to each other, really bad things start to happen. We have to get back to a culture where we can disagree on the issues without ever seeing violence as an option.

The Turning Point USA All-American Halftime Show was so incredible. Charlie would’ve absolutely loved it. Thank you to the millions that tuned in. I’m so proud of our entire team, staff, and the artists who believed in the vision and mission KidRock Brantley Gilbert Lee Brice Gabby Barrett . It’s okay to love Jesus and your country. Ultimately, this is what it’s all about, making Heaven crowded. …I love you Charlie baby, this is all for you.

Many of the left-wing journalists that attended the WHCD have spent years consistently calling President Trump a “Nazi”, a “threat to democracy”, and “Hitler”, yet they still joyfully attended the evening’s event…. If they truly believed their own rhetoric, they’re either joyfully willing to have dinner with “Hitler” or they’re lying to radicalize American citizens with narratives they know are grossly exaggerated. Either way, it exposes their game of ultimate hypocrisy: manufacture the hate and then profit off the results; even if it costs someone their life.

That photo is one of my many favorite memories with my husband. It was taken the day I graduated from Liberty University with my Juris Master degree, while he received an honorary doctorate and spoke at my commencement ceremony. Thank you for honoring my Charlie. Congratulations to the Class of 2026. I pray these words from my husband inspire you onward.

…there is no linear blueprint for grief. One day you’re collapsed on the floor crying out the name Jesus in between labored breaths. The next you’re playing with your children in the living room, surrounded by family photos, and feeling a rush of something you can only attempt to define as divinely planted and bittersweet joy as a smile breaks through on your face. They say time heals. But love doesn’t ask to be healed. Love asks to be remembered. It’s humbling to realize that this magnitude of suffering didn’t steal my love for my husband. It amplified it. It crystallized it. I carry my Charlie in every breath, in every ache, and in every quiet act of day to day living as I attempt to relearn what that rhythm will be. And what I’ve realized through these past 30 days is the greater the suffering, the purer the love. And I have never loved him more than I do now.

Last year, the SPLC added TPUSA to their so-called "hate map," placing us alongside neo-Nazi organizations and the Ku Klux Klan. The day before Charlie was murdered, they published a newsletter attacking him and Turning Point USA. Today, they doubled down and stood by that designation. They have to, because it's their real mission. As we now know thanks to the Trump DOJ, the SPLC itself funds violent extremist groups to stoke fear among the public, so they can stick organizations like Turning Point USA on their "hate map" and tar us by association. Turning Point USA has, from the beginning, stood for open conversations and respectful debate regardless of creed or color. All along, the real hate group is the SPLC, which recklessly sows hate every day with its lies.

May 14, 2024 7:47AM daddy was the first to hold you. Together, we spoke over you all the prayers and blessings for your future. I can’t help but rewatch these videos, endlessly, and I know as you grow up, you’ll be the same way. There’s moments I wish I could step back into…especially the moments of your “firsts” that daddy was alive to witness. You’re forever our little love. Our little peacemaker. It’ll be the honor of my life to witness you becoming a trailblazer for the truth, for goodness, for patience, for joy, and for faithfulness, with the presence of the Holy Spirt and all the angels in Heaven, including Daddy, cheering you on. Happy 2nd Birthday sweet boy. You heal my broken heart in ways I’ll never be able to articulate.

As we approach TPUSA’s annual women’s conference this week, I’ve been going through my husband’s past speeches from the same event that he loved so much. I’m moved, as always, by his unwavering dedication to free speech. He knew it was the bedrock of our great country. “We have a responsibility as free speech advocates to be the ambassadors of decency and respect. To hear what other people have to say and find common ground.” I’m looking forward to seeing all of the women joining us in San Antonio, and I pray this event inspires, shapes, and grows our movement. Join us:
