Her daughter is a backup singer for Beyoncé. Holley had also previously represented Roc Nation’s CEO, Desiree Perez, who allegedly advised Tory’s accuser and witnesses. Tory paid $200k–$300k for defense. Instead, DNA evidence that could prove his innocence was ignored, fake accusations went unchallenged, and Tory’s wishes were ignored. Then, she walked out mid-trial, leaving him defenseless.
