that’ll do it Deer Diaries 2024. this season kicked me down hard. I had a few personal struggles that caused me to not spend as much time in the woods as possible, during the best time of the year for rut activity. I missed alot of chances, and missed a few deer. I spent a lot of time preparing for this season, and traveled quite a bit. however, I know that you win some years in life, and you lose some years. Thank God that I get to experience one of his greatest creations in this capacity. I will never be more at peace anywhere else than where I am when i’m standing in the woods. Thank God for every person who hunted with me this year. Although most of it was spent in solitude, nothing brings me more joy than sharing something I love with people that I love. Now then, get your equipment—your quiver and bow—and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me. Genesis 27:3

days like this are burned into my brain forever as the best days of my life. 🙌🏼 I set out last year with a goal in mind to kill a buck in every state across the US, running around on my own. I’m calling this tour “Deer Diaries” on my Youtube channel. The internet makes it feel like hunting is a competition—who’s the best, who gets the biggest, who kills first. But the truth is, none of that matters to me. we are meant to connect with these animals at the perfect time and for the right reason. it’s time spent in God’s creation, doing what we love with people who get it. I’m beyond blessed to be physically able to live this lifestyle and chase moments like this.
