Pakistan makes the world's clothes. The brand is never ours. Rastah changed that. Bieber. Chalamet. London Fashion Week. All from Lahore. Sat with Zain Ahmed (Zain Ahmad) to understand how. The pricing strategy. The inventory disasters. The community that defended the brand and the future of celebrity endorsement. Full episode out now.

Raza Mohsin needed motor testing equipment for the VLEKTRA factory. China was too expensive. A local engineer took an advance and delivered something that never worked. Then someone walked in with a different offer. No degree. No English. No CV. His only credential was 15 years of working alongside his electrician father. What happened next is the best argument I've heard for where Pakistan's real talent actually lives.

Pakistan has roughly 2 million Memons. That is less than 1% of the population. Yet they contribute around 10% of the GDP. They helped finance Pakistan's early industries, built its banking foundations and kept the economy alive in its earliest years. In this episode, Uzair Younus عُزیر یُونس breaks down exactly why: - The Memon community built trust-based capital systems - A healthy relationship with failure - Why wealth is celebrated internally but rarely displayed - What Pakistan can actually replicate from this model If you want to understand why some communities outperform entire economies, this is the episode.

One thing that stood out for from Junaid Iqbal’s conversation with Mr. Muhammad Ali was the tax exemption given to the SPV formed by the winning consortium. This is one of the biggest impediments in mobilizing private capital and should not be restricted to big acquisitions.

I finally sat down with Habibullah Khan — someone I’ve followed (and argued with) for years. I actually asked him why he’s so mean to people on social media. But what followed were deep insights into personal branding, narrative, and PR. We talked about: – personal branding & credibility – post-truth narratives – soft power, culture & PR wars Full Episode:

Excited to share that I have started a Youtube Channel. This was prompted by my recent acceptance that I love creative work and simplifying complicated stuff. Entrepreneurs are my favourite group of people in Pakistan because truly believe they can make a dent in the universe. So the purpose of this content is to help entrepreneurial Pakistan learn and improve their outcomes. What helps me learn the most is listening to people. I have the privilege to be able to call on some of the smartest and innovative people building great companies in Pakistan. I thought why not let everyone listen in and learn with me. In this series of conversations, we aim to get out inspiration and actionable insights for entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers. I know the conversations are long, but this is the only way we could go deeper into what really matters. If you appreciate the effort, please Like, Share, and Subscribe on YouTube. It goes a long way :) You can watch the full episode here:
