How is WARD GN BMC allowing this माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC? Despite drains getting clogged due to cement slurry & slush, they are in league with the #BuilderMafia and allowing these builders Rustomjee & Dosti on Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Marg, Matunga West to keep the drains opens& let the pipes directly. Danger to Pedestrians falling in & also drains getting clogged to due to slurry and slush. FYI Mumbai Traffic Police Their heavy cement mixers are also damaging the Footpath by parking on it.

Why can't माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC माझी Mumbai, आपली BMCinfra construct a pedestrian skywalk about 8 ft wide properly with a slope. Rains for 10 minutes & the water doesn't drain away for 3/4 days, Why? bcoz the slope is inwards towards the center. The same with the flyover ahead. The kerb is always waterlogged. Either they forgot drains, or maybe it's choked or the slope is missing. Pedestrians are forced to walk on the edges on trudge on the dirty water. Just asking do we need to approach IIT Bombay or VJTI Mumbai to find a Fix for this? Spot the road & footpath. This is माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC's माझी Mumbai, आपली BMCwardA... The famous Manish Market area. The enitre road - footpath has been captured since ages by these stalls which is infact a Fire Hazard🔥 Wonder why the authorities are silent on these encroachment? This road can be easily converted into an alternate approach to CSMT & ease congestion, if there is any intent.

Wonder what stops Ministry of Railways Central Railway DRM Mumbai CR to clear these illegal structures beside the railway tracks between Vadala Road & GTB, some of them are between tracks, under the bridge & few taller than the Rail bridge itself posing a safety hazard. If Western Railway can do it at #Bandra East, why can't you recliam it. The stink is nauseating as one travels this section.
