This week, Elon noticed me. He thanked me in a post, he reposted me driving the new Model Y, but he doesn’t yet know the dedication I put in as a Tesla employee, to the point of sleeping in my car on-site just to give more to the mission. During my last quarter, I was battling cancer but still led the company as the number one in demo drives, pushing through excruciating pain. My last day, shown in these pictures, we won Most Interactive Vendor for a reason. We didn’t stop until everyone at that event test drove a Tesla. Then the 10% staff cut happened. I was still receiving treatment, so I was let go so Tesla could fill my shoes. But I beat cancer, and now I’m fighting against the nearly impossible odds of getting rehired at Tesla. I’m sharing my story with 𝕏 and the Tesla community, hoping my passion is noticed. Maybe, just maybe, I’ll get the chance to do it all again. 🫶🏻
