The proposal stipulates: •Imposing the death penalty as mandatory, without the need for unanimity •Carrying out executions by hanging through the prison service •Implementing the sentence within a specified period not exceeding 90 days •No possibility of pardon The bill is scheduled to be brought to a vote in the Knesset next week during its second and third readings. Eye witnesses in Khan Younes Mawasi area ( where 80,000 Displaced Palestinians are taking refuge ) where the Israeli army committed a terrible massacre reported that Israeli F-16 jet fighters bombarded the place with 3 huge rockets followed by 10 other rockets by Israeli drones, and Including one that bombarded medical and first aid teams when they came to help and killed many of them. 72 bodies of civilian Palestinians including children and newborns were recovered while others are still missing under the rubble. 293 Civilian Palestinians were injured including many with critical injuries including children who lost their limbs . Medical teams are unable to cope with the injuries since Israel has already destroyed most medical facilities and hospitals. The Israeli air force comitted another massacre in the Beach refugee camp in Gaza city killing 17 Palestinians while they were praying and injuring many others. Attached is a heartbreaking short video of the result of the attack in Mawasi .
