Alhamdulillah, this will be my last post addressing Daniel Haqiqatjou As everyone can see, when he couldn’t respond with Islamic knowledge and evidence, what did he do? He resorted to talking about getting physical. Now imagine if I was the first one calling for violence. I would immediately be labeled a thug and every other name they could think of. As many people have already pointed out, this individual seems to constantly involve himself in disputes with Muslims, creating fitnah and division. From scholars to students of knowledge and ordinary Muslims, so many have been targets of his attacks and his tongue. At some point, you have to question why someone spends so much time attacking other Muslims who sent him? And let me make something clear. Alhamdulillah, I have never been someone who goes looking for violence or physical confrontations with Muslims. Of course, every person has the right to defend themselves, but we don’t go around looking to harm our Muslim brothers. Our religion teaches us to settle our differences with knowledge, wisdom, and justice, not threats and personal attacks. May Allah protect the Muslims from his fitnah and division, guide us all to the truth, and protect us from the harm of our own tongues. Ameen.

Did you know that the Clock Tower in Makkah is actually a waqf? Meaning the revenue generated from the hotels and properties goes back to serving Masjid al-Haram and the millions of pilgrims who come to Makkah every year. This is something a lot of people may not know. The purpose behind this project wasn’t just to build hotels and make money. It was established as a waqf so that the revenue continues to benefit the Haram 🕋 and the Muslims for generations to come. May Allah have mercy on the leaders who established it and reward them for the good that continues from it.

For those online saying the Houthis in Yemen, would never attack Makkah or Madinah, here is a Houthi spokesperson openly saying they would attack the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah. He even says that most people don’t have the knowledge or understanding to comprehend why they would do it, while claiming it would somehow be “for the benefit of the Muslims.” It doesn’t get much clearer than this. At this point, any Muslim making excuses for statements like this seriously needs to reflect on what they’re defending. No sincere Muslim would ever want to see Makkah, Madinah, or the Two Holy Mosques attacked or harmed.

There are some Christians who try to downplay the horrors of the Transatlantic slave trade by claiming Muslims enslaved more people. But let’s look at what Islam actually teaches compared to what’s written in the Bible. Islam came at a time when slavery was already widespread. Instead of encouraging the enslavement of free people, Islam strictly prohibited kidnapping people and selling them into slavery. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ warned that Allah would be against those who did so on the Day of Judgment. (Sahih al-Bukhari 2227) The Prophet ﷺ also commanded Muslims to feed and clothe those under their authority as they would themselves (Bukhari 30), and taught that striking an enslaved person required freeing them as expiation (Muslim 1657). Islam also encouraged freeing slaves as an act of righteousness and a means of expiating certain sins. Now let’s look at the Bible. Leviticus 25:44–46 explicitly permits purchasing slaves from surrounding nations, treating them as property, and passing them down to your children as an inheritance. Exodus 21:20–21 even states that if a slave owner beats his slave and the slave survives a day or two, the owner is not to be punished under that law because the slave is considered his property. The problem is that some of you spend so much time attacking Islam that you haven’t even taken the time to study your own religion. These aren’t accusations I’m making. These are verses straight from your Bible. So if you’re going to have this conversation, at least be consistent.

Over the past few days, I’ve been waking up to multiple videos being sent to me on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms of people in Puerto Rico speaking out against the masjid we’re trying to build on the island. I found it strange that all these videos started appearing around the same time. So I decided to do some research, and I found information about Zionist organizations allegedly spreading anti-Islamic propaganda in Puerto Rico, including claims that radio stations, influencers, and church leaders are being paid to speak negatively about Islam. That’s why I decided to make this video, to clear up some misconceptions about Islam, explain what our religion truly teaches, and share what we actually plan to do in Puerto Rico. Durante estos últimos días, me he levantado recibiendo varios videos por Instagram, Facebook y otras redes sociales de personas en Puerto Rico hablando en contra de la mezquita que estamos tratando de construir en la isla. Me pareció extraño que todos estos videos comenzaran a salir casi al mismo tiempo. Así que decidí investigar un poco y encontré información sobre organizaciones sionistas que supuestamente están difundiendo propaganda en contra del islam en Puerto Rico, incluyendo alegaciones de que están pagando a emisoras de radio, influencers y líderes de iglesias para que hablen mal del islam. Por eso decidí hacer este video, para aclarar algunos malentendidos sobre el islam, explicar lo que realmente enseña nuestra religión y compartir lo que de verdad tenemos pensado hacer en Puerto Rico.

Just met this brother, Lukas from Switzerland, in the parking lot of Smokey Beards Q. After just a few minutes of conversation, we walked over to the masjid and prayed together. Alhamdulillah for Islam. It represents true brotherhood. No matter our nationality, race, language, or background, we’re united by faith. May Allah keep us firm upon the truth and unite us in Jannah. When I first became Muslim in 2002, I placed a picture of the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah on the wall inside of my prayer room at home, and I would make du‘a asking Allah to bless me to visit Madinah and Makkah one day, alhamdulillah I never imagined years later, that I will be living in Saudi Arabia and with the opportunity to visit both holy places multiple times. Never underestimate supplications to Allah. Alhamdulillah for Allah’s kindness and mercy. May Allah make us among the grateful, forgive our sins and grant us a good ending.

Alhamdulillah, thousands fleeing war in #Sudan have safely reached Saudi Arabia. The Saudi government has provided them with shelter,food, allowing them to stay until the conflict ends so they can return home safely. May Allah bring peace and stability back to the land of Sudan
