I absolutely love my EV9, but having a brand-new car delivered with steering-wheel vibration and a loose passenger seat, then having the dealership fail to fix it after 2 attempts and 7 days without the car is an absolute PITA. Kia America still hasn’t taken responsibility. Unacceptable
