The Osun State Chairman of the Accord Party, Pastor Victor Akande, appeared this afternoon as a guest on Fresh FM. He explained that several political parties showed strong interest in Gov Ademola Adeleke, and detailed how Accord, through due consultation with both the National Working Committee (NWC) and the South-West Coordinating structures, successfully welcomed the Governor into the party. He further clarified that neither the State nor the National Working Committee of Accord has any knowledge of the so-called primary election conducted today by some individuals. Accord remains united and focused. The re-election of Governor Ademola Adeleke remains the party’s top priority.
