It’s been 10 months since the absolutely devastating day when Charlie Kirk was assassinated on UVU campus. I was there that day with 16 of my family members, including two of my children. Our world will never be the same. We gathered together at UVU campus for a vigil to pay respect to Charlie Kirk. He was a man of faith, courage and conviction. He knew there was a risk in standing up each day, but continued to stand. Charlie spoke truth, united people, and brought hope. It was clear last night at the vigil that his message and legacy lives on. Thank you, Charlie for changing our world and for standing up for what really matters… God, Faith, family, country. The reason Governor Cox is on the primary ballot is because he collected signatures. There is an active criminal investigation in Wash County against the same company Governor Cox paid to collect signatures. Extreme lack of transparency with this process. The public has zero access to these signatures. WHY!? 1)We don’t know how many were turned in. 2)We don’t know the rate of verification. 3)They were all verified by a single office. Where is the media who’s supposed to ask these questions to get answers for the public? We are told to blindly trust, where’s the verification that should come with this? Very concerning. In the first round of review, a district court judge ruled in favor of the lieutenant governor’s Motion to Dismiss our case to view the nomination petition of Spencer Cox. If left unappealed this would set a dangerous new precedent to allow the LG to continue to conceal the names on a nomination petition. Not only did the legislative auditor find Cox was short on signatures, but now the Court has ruled that we can’t even see the full petition. We are planning to appeal this case. It must be appealed. Four critical errors and omissions in the Court’s holding: 1. The Court failed to recognize that we are seeking access to view a nominating petition. A petition is not a protected document under state code. No other petition signers are given anonymity. 2. The Court puts a lot of weight on the LG’s argument that the signer’s name should be private. However, it never addresses why it is ok for a different standard to be applied to the governor’s signatures than to signers of initiatives, referendums, and other candidates’ nominating petition forms. The court failed to address why the LG’s office is able to selectively choose which names to conceal. If you signed the flag initiative, your name was published on the LG’s website even if you were a private or withheld voter. Inexplicably, the LG’s Office allowed access to view other candidates’ nomination petition forms. 3. The Court said it “inferred” that the intent of the Legislature was to hide these private names on a petition packet. However, the court did not need to “infer” the legislators’ intent. It is clearly written in state code that private voters’ information will be available to “candidates” and “political parties.” Why did the court fail to recognize the expressed intent of the legislators to make sure that private names are available to candidates? It is clearly written in the same section of code that the judge cited, but failed to include. The section of code saying that the candidate should have access to view private names was omitted in both the LG’s argument and by the judge. This omission is very concerning. 4. The Court said voters “specifically requested that their personal identifying information be kept private while they participate in the signature gathering process.” Where did this happen?? This language is not in state code, on the voter registration, or on the nominating petition. This language does not exist. #utpol, #PhilLyman #electiontransparency, #exposecorruption

Election fraud - caught in action! Utah County Commissioner and former County Clerk Amelia Powers Gardner was just censured by the Utah County GOP with a vote of 17-3 for this action of illegally voting in a Senate District special election with her son where they were not eligible to vote. Watch this as a brave delegate challenged her credentialing. The delegate came with receipts that Amelia Powers Gardner had sold her home and moved out of the Senate District, but Amelia Powers Gardner intentionally misled the GOP delegates and voted anyway. As Utah County Clerk, Amelia Powers Gardner oversaw the 2020 election and now as County Commissioner is responsible for certifying county election results. Election fraud is a very serious offense - especially when it involves elected individuals in positions of trust. A case of retaliation? Suppressing dissent? 8 utgop members in leadership positions followed the SLCo Party Bylaws and reported what they believed was illegal election interference. The Party Chair actually encouraged them to report their concerns to the appropriate authorities. Now the Party Chair Mike Carey is leading the charge to evict them from their leadership positions and potentially from the Party. The “Trial” scheduled for Monday Feb 9 is out of order violating a plethora of both Party bylaws and RONR. We are asking the Executive Committee to recognize this trial is out of order. During the 2020 election, several precincts in Salt Lake County had 200-300% voter turn out. When Representative Phil Lyman asked Lieutenant Governor Deidre Henderson about these concerning numbers, she asked him how is that even possible? Instead of addressing these concerning issues, Henderson spent hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars telling citizens that Utah’s elections are secure. This campaign included billboards on I-15 claiming Utah is the “gold standard” of elections. She also told people to “doubt the doubters,” called people who asked questions “vigilantes,” and denied all future access to view cast vote records and other election returns so these numbers could never be looked at again. The Office of the Utah Attorney General office concealed a criminal investigation into Governor Cox’s nomination petitions. A whistleblower leaked us the document they were hiding which Michael Clara specifically had asked for via GRAMA in the summer 2024 and to which the Office of the Utah Attorney General refused to acknowledge its existence. The Office of the Utah Attorney General’s deception and delay critically undermined Just Phil Lyman and my efforts to challenge the 2024 gubernatorial primary election. This is not acceptable. The intent of the Rule 60(b) motion is to now force the Office of the Utah Attorney General to answer for this delay and deception in court. Rule 60(b) motion scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
