I was out on a walk this morning and suddenly this guy runs across the road. I was worried he was hurt as his front leg was dragging. Then I look over and see two others behind a fence - one looked like a baby - and their legs were also dragging. Two questions: 1 - is it common to see coyotes out in the open in the Phoenix area? I was in a business development, so it caught me off guard. 2 - do coyotes normally drag one of their legs?
