NEW: #Spurs Hall of Famer Gregg Popovich was at practice this morning, seen spending individual time with Victor Wembanyama, Julian Champagnie, and his successor Mitch Johnson. Coach Pop turned 77 last week. Great seeing him in good spirits interacting with the guys!

Twice in Game 7, OKC cut the lead to 2 in the 4Q. Crowd got loud. But Keldon Johnson buried two stone cold 3-PT to keep them at bay...and OKC never took the lead. Of course it was Keldon. The longest tenured Spur. The Heart & Soul. He & Devin Vassell were here at ground level:

NEW: #Spurs' Devin Vassell confirmed to me his plans to play for the Jamaican National Team in 2026. 🇯🇲 Devin's father is from Jamaica, and he's recruiting other NBA players to join him..including teammate Julian Champagnie. Devin says the 2028 Olympics are "the ultimate goal."

Dylan Harper hasn't been picked by #Spurs yet, but he already has a mural painted in south San Antonio. Local artist Nik Soupe famously painted Victor Wembanyama before the 2023 NBA Draft Lottery, and now is banking on Harper's selection. Spurs fans' passion is second to none.

#UTSA QB Frank Harris (Frank Harris) gave out free happy meals to kids at his local McDonalds today in Converse, TX. This was an awesome interaction with a young fan. Watch as Frank helps the kid realize that he is his favorite player. This is your QB, San Antonio! 👏

The San Antonio #Spurs are holding an open shootaround for kids here at Ingram Tom Moore High School, right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. It’s been an emotional summer for the community here in Ingram. Victor Wembanyama & Co. are putting a smile on their faces.

#Spurs Jeremy Sochan is at Southwest Elixirs today giving out juice to fans in downtown San Antonio. I’m told Jeremy called the team & organized this event because he wanted a place to interact with fans. Bonus: I love this spot. My favorite smoothie is at the end of clip.
