🚨BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: It has never been more clear that the battle for our nation is not political, it is spiritual. I am excited to announce that I have been invited to join the team at the National Faith Advisory Board to equip pastors to step up and speak out about religious freedom, to fight for life at all stages, to stand for family values, and to promote a strong America that puts God first. I will continue to be a pastor at Mercy Culture Church, and oversee For Liberty & Justice, an organization that practically helps mobilize churches across America to take a stand for religious liberty and Biblical justice. In order to step into what God is calling my family and I into in this next season, I will not be running for re-election for the Texas House. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to represent Texas House District 93 and to fight for our Texas Conservative values. Thank you to every grassroots warrior, every donor, and every constituent who trusted me and has allowed me to serve you. I’d like to thank my beautiful wife Adrienne Schatzline for supporting me, believing in me, and lovingly holding down the fort back home with our amazing kids for the last few years. Thank you to my three little champions for letting your dad leave home to fight for you and the next generation, and thank you to my parents Pat Schatzline Karen Schatzline and my sister Abby for encouraging me and standing with me every day. I’d also like to thank my pastors Landon Schott & Heather Schott, as well as my church family at Mercy Culture Church and the team at For Liberty & Justice for running with me, covering me, and joining me in the fight every step of the way. Lastly, I’d like to thank my incredible staff and my bold conservative colleagues in the Texas House for carrying on the fight for our Texas conservative values! What an honor it was to go to battle with you every day. I look forward to finishing my term through 2026 and continuing to fight for Faith, Family, and Freedom in this new role. 🚨 Yesterday I laid out a bill to BAN Child-Like Sex Dolls & Robots‼️ It’s shocking that we even have to do this, but these HORRIFIC devices that resemble real kids are being used to train predators! It’s time we END the normalization of pedophilia & protect Texas kids! Thank you Chair AJ Louderback, State Representative TX HD30 Rep. Mitch Little & Brent Money (The Justice League of New Criminal Penalties 😎) for unanimously moving to send this bill to the full Criminal Jurisprudence Committee with the recommendation that it pass!

🚨BREAKING: Today I laid out HB 4201, which eliminates “gun free zones” on Government property, such as the state fair & public universities for those with a license to carry. 97.8% of mass shootings happen in “gun free zones”‼️ Texas MUST defend the 2nd amendment.

Today I asked Speaker Dustin Burrows who was tasked w/approving the House Recognitions, and he acknowledged it was the parliamentarian. After coming down front, I expressed how tone deaf it is to allow Radical leaders in Islam to be recognized when we’re trying to ban Sharia cities in Texas & LGBTQIA+ organizations when they advocate for mutilating kids. I hope this will not continue.
