This particular track - Glory To The Lamb - Was an encounter. We struggled to move on from this song. 20+ minutes of glory ! Did you see my Esther ? By God’s grace, I began teaching and mentoring her on singing, music, worship and the Godlife as a little baby. SONG OF THE SPIRIT TODAY I have taught severally that when you wake up in the morning with a song, you should SING IT ! For as long as you can until you sense a release in your spirit or to a point of saturation. That prophetic song becomes an instrument in the realm of the spirit - For ministering to God (As the song of the Lord), a song of deliverance and just for edification and encouragement to you. And also as a message of some sort from God. I have had countless experiences and encounters with spiritual songs, so much I can write a book by God’s grace. If you have not been taking this seriously, you should. Job said “10 But none saith, Where is God my maker, who giveth songs in the night;” Job 35:10. I woke up with this song today and asked the media team to help fish it out. We sang this during the hallelujah challenge. Though not an original. I heard it first sung by a South African Lebo Sekgobela. And it’s a powerful declaration. I don’t know why the Lord revealed it to me from my dream today. But I thought to share with you after sharing with church. Use it as a rod today! Shalom Saints, Sometime this year, while touring the US, I felt a leading to jump into the studio with my team to record an unplugged version of the song JEHOVAH SHAMMAH (one of our oldies) The LORD inspired me to write two more verses - one on Jehovah Nissi and the other on Jehovah Jireh, in addition to the one on SHAMMAH. It’s a powerful song of prayer, worship and assurance, especially in these very uncertain times. This is one song you want to share with friends and family, teach your children, and loop over and over again as you pray, work and even play. So beloved, as the year draws to a close, I put this calm, solemn yet poignant declaration in your hand. it is one to declare everyday as 2025 lurks around the corner and even more so, as you go through it and onwards. It would inspire faith like never before, build a holy confidence and trust in God, unshakable in a shaking world that is trembling politically with wars and rumours of wars, unprecendented level of insecurity, unstable and failing economies, and even more so, a world in spiritual and moral decline never witnessed before. One the Bible aptly describes as GROSS DARKNESS. But for you and I, there has never been a better time to arise and shine as lights and as beacons of love and hope.
