Doesn’t the BF and Muscle mass have more to do with diet than anything else? Also, in my experience, should only go to “failure”RPE 9-10 on the top set of compound movements, not every set. And then progressive overload each week. IE: here is a set of 8 that was RPE of 7. Next set would be top set. 4-6 reps RPE 9-10
