ค้นพบว่าตัวเองชอบดำน้ำ freedive ที่สุดตอนที่ไม่พยายามจะหาหรือตั้งเป้าว่าจะต้องเจออะไรเลย แน่นอนว่าการได้เห็นปลาแปลกๆ หรือสิ่งมีชีวิตใต้ทะเลต่างๆ ที่หายาก มันเป็นอะไรที่ว้าวมาก และก็ยังมีอีกเยอะที่อยากพาตัวเองไปเห็น แต่ในอีกมุมหนึ่ง บางครั้งถ้าเราลองวางเป้าหมายและความคาดหวังทั้งหลายไว้สักพัก ลองไม่โฟกัสกับการต้องพุ่งไปทิศทางใดทางหนึ่ง หรือเร่งรีบไปหาอะไรสักอย่าง แล้วก็ปล่อยให้ตัวเองได้เอนจอยทุกวินาทีที่กำลังดำเนินไปอยู่จริงๆ ลองเปิดตาและประสาทสัมผัสต่างๆ ในร่างกายเราจริงๆ เราจะพบว่าโลกมันมีวิธีเผยความงดงามออกมาให้เราได้เห็นและรู้สึก ในแบบที่เรียบง่ายแต่ช่างน่าหลงใหลเอาซะเหลือเกิน และเพียงแค่ได้อยู่กับแต่ละโมเมนต์ตรงหน้าไปทีละโมเมนต์แค่นั้น ก็เป็นสิ่งที่พิเศษมากจริงๆ I’ve discovered that I enjoy freediving most when I‘m not actively trying to find or hoping to see anything in particular. Of course, it’s absolutely wonderful to get to see all the rare fish and the many amazing underwater species, and I still definitely want to see many more. But it can also be a really fascinating experience when you put aside all your goals and expectations for a while and stop focusing so much on heading in the right direction or rushing towards any desired destinations. Because when you just let yourself enjoy each and every second of the journey and really open your eyes and all your senses, the world can reveal its beauty to you in the most simple but astonishing way. And it‘s so nice to be able to just be in the present moment and cherish that. 🤿 #freediving #surinislands
