The old Man first hesitated but later touched her body parts after being insisted by the couple again and again. Her partner filmed the entire incident and later they blurred the face of Smriti and posted the video on porn sites and social media. After the video became viral people started harassing the old Man and he became infamous as Jaisalmer ka Tharki Baba. The incident raises serious questions about consent and sexual harassment of Man as a Gender. Unfortunately Laws on Rape and Sexual Assault in India are not Gender Neutral and in our country only a woman is considered as the victim of any kind of sexual harassment or assault.

Gems of Indian Judiciary Meet Gunda Judge Ram Avtar Patel who forced a blackout of the entire Chitrakoot city in MP because there was no power at his residence after a storm. A dust storm struck around 1 am on the intervening night of Thursday and Friday which disrupted power supply across Chitrakoot. Electricity was restored at around 5:45 pm after repair work was completed. But, suddenly Judicial Officer Ram Avtar Patel arrived at the substation with two policemen and assaulted the operator and forced him to dis connect the power supply of the entire city. After that angry residents staged a protest against the Gunda Judge. What shall we do with such Judges? He needs to be kept tied on a electric pole for a week and electricity connection shall be removed permanently from his house.
