£££S SCANDAL £££S Cardiff Council allowed the lease for the old Bulldog site to be assigned to NRB Properties for £215,000 on 19/05/2015 & yet then paid NRB £550,000 to buy the same site back on 16/10/2017 ! The Council then spent £95,000 to demolish the pub. So the baby sitting fee for NRB was £335,000 for just 29 months. That works out rougjly £3,000 per week Wow, just wow. I will get looking at further Cardiff Council property transactions in the not too distant future. Watch this space.
