#Texans OC Nick Caley’s introductory press conference was a great listen but this to me was the highlight of the day “My history dating back to when i first got into the NFL under coach Belichick is we were gonna be a gameplan team, if that meant we were gonna run duo & gap schemes & run the ball 45 times to win the game…then that’s what we were gonna do. If we had to run perimeter plays, wide zone & we felt that was gonna give us the edge we were gonna do that.” This type of talk is amazing to hear after experiencing Slowik’s self admitted negligence of adjustments & refusal to adapt his gameplan to his players/opponents. Caley stated his emphasis on getting the right matchups/fits for his players multiple times throughout the conference. #HtownMade
