A yuuge crowd turned out for Thomas Massie's campaign headquarters launch party Saturday in Florence, Kentucky. Massie is facing a Trump-endorsed opponent in this May's GOP primary. His opponent is also being bankrolled by three out-of-state billionaires: Paul Singer, John Paulson, and Miriam Adelson. The congressman said he expects a deluge of ads and attacks within a few weeks. During his speech to the energic crowd, which included many people who traveled from other states, he spilled a secret. Massie said campaign polling shows him leading by 17 by points. But he cautioned his constituents not to get too comfortable. The hard part is ahead.
