Ugandan ministers are now deciding what doctors should or shouldn't do. Seriously? Here, a minister is telling a doctor to let mothers push instead of performing a Caesarean section. For context, the doctor is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, while the minister studied Development Studies. Sad. ๐
