Those with fragile sensibilities will forgive us for retelling our communities’ abuse at the hands of those in power today. It is our reality, and if we share them, it is not to stoke any other feelings other than educating those who do not know, or elect to revise our history for political convenience #WeTellOurStory

The story of NRA rape of men in Northern Uganda is here - told by the victims in their own words. It was screened at Theatre La Bonita in Kampala on Thursday, June 4, 2009. It is 20 minutes long. The documentary, like many documented accounts of NRA violence in Northern Uganda, has been scraped off the internet, but some university libraries have copies from where we got this. *Backlog isn’t gender neutral.* As *Linda Alinda Ikanza revealed on the JSC Conversation Series*, women lawyers are already expected to charge less—and blamed more when justice delays. Case backlog doesn’t just hurt litigants. It undermines confidence in women practitioners and punishes them for a system they did not design. We must fix this—*through real reforms like Mission-Based Judges*. Because justice delayed is doubly denied for women—both as advocates and clients. #JusticeForWomen #BacklogKillsHope #JSCConversations #EK4JSC #NobodyCanStopReggae
