I followed one payment all the way through with Sameer Nigam (PhonePe), Harshil Mathur (Razorpay) and Sohini Rajola (NPCI): who moves the money, who pays the cost, and where fraud fits in. I sat down in Dalian with the CEOs of EnerVenue and HiNa Battery, one building on nickel and water, the other on salt, and asked what I should start if I went home to India tomorrow. A battery company, they said. Not a car company. And don't build anything that needs rare earth. Full episode out soon..
