Took the sauna tent with me to a friend’s cabin this weekend 🇫🇮☀️ At first, there were doubts 🤔 because let’s be honest... Finns are not the easiest crowd to impress when it comes to Sauna 😅 “Can you really get proper löyly in a tent?” “Do we have to set this up now?” But 30 minutes later, cheeks were glowing, everyone was sweating, and I started getting questions like: “Where can I get this?” “How much is it?” “This is actually… amazing.” Approved by Finnish friends and proper löyly delivered 🔥😁

What to wear in Sauna? 🔥 It really depends on the situation... In public or mixed spaces, I usually go with swimsuit/towel/robe, something that respects the shared vibe while still staying relaxed 🧖♀️ But when it’s just friends or family… That’s when it’s back to basics: totally nude, just how sauna was meant to be 😌 No fuss, no barriers ❤️ For me, it’s all about tuning in to the moment and choosing what feels natural in each setting 🧘♀️

Have you heard of Aufguss? ✨ The first time a German friend started waving a towel in the sauna I was so confused !?!?!?! what on earth was happening here😅 She told me it's part of Aufguss, a special ritual in Germany where a sauna master pours water on the stones and then spreads the steam with big towel movements🌬️🔥
