Does anyone know why before I could maintain 500ish fps in pretty much every situation, even while streaming and running replay buffer at 1440p 120fps (video for proof), but now I will drop to below 300 fps doing absolutely nothing?? LOL Nothing has changed about my system other than switching to Win11 (regrettably)

Sadly I was only able to reach Master 1 in my first season of Overwatch I super grinded, I'm prob not gonna play more till S2 since the end of season + Drive games felt insanely weird and I'm just not good enough yet to swing those types of games in my favor lol Some info: All Soldier 76, all solo queue, and I reached M1 like 4 separate times and never fell back into Diamond. So I'm definitely a Master level player rn and I just need to iron out some more issues to rank up more.
