This person Mallikarjuna who runs the YouTube channel ‘God’s Way Mission’ with about 307k subscribers, went to Rishikesh one of the holiest places for Hindus in Devbhumi Uttarakhand and started preaching there!! In his second video he even admits that distributing pamphlets is not allowed because Uttarakhand has a strict anti-conversion law which the Supreme Court has even included a ban on digital religious propaganda.
