1. Dear ECI, here is a list of 509 people registered as voters in one fictitious house no. 39 in Pipra, Bihar. And we have records of 80,000 voters like these bundled into fictitious/dubious addresses in just 3 constituencies. This is not a one-off mistake. This is a systemic failure leaving a gaping hole of possible fraud. ECI claimed the Bihar SIR was to 'purify' the voter list. It's taken the existing mess and added to it, shows our investigation.
