#SEONGHWA talked about filming challenges with junior idols because he knows that feeling so well and wants to help them in any way he can 😭 ⭐️: these days things are going so well, so I feel good. A lot of people recognize and congratulate me a lot, and... I feel really thankful. I also, in my own way, try to find what I can do and do it. That’s my mindset. So I wondered what I could do, and I just filmed challenges diligently, contacted people here and there and filmed. Even when I felt tired I wanted to help somehow, so I worked hard (like that), I wonder if it helped? If it did even a little, then that’s enough for me. And now, usually… I also had times like that, when I really wanted to film a challenge with a senior I admired. I would do my hair and makeup on my day off, go to the broadcast station and even bring a gift. That one moment would stay as such a good memory for me, and the senior would say a lot of good things to me that it would become a good connection. I thought, “someday, if I can, I want to do that too.” I don’t know if I can help in a big way yet (with popularity), but if it’s something good for those juniors I’ll do everything I can. I know that feeling so well and it's such a precious one, so how could I refuse that?You just have to do it, ofc. And if I’m can remember it I want to do their challenges too, but I’m really slow at learning choreography, even memorizing our own songs takes me a long time. But still, I want to do it sincerely. If I get the chance, I want to practice more and do better, but after doing so many (challenges) I do hit a bit of a limit. So even when resting, I keep watching videos and trying to film better (challenges). Yes. Seniors and juniors both prepare really well, so how could I do it half‑heartedly? Seonghwa talked about the little turtle stickers on the back of his phone! He said that they bring luck although he doesn’t really know the exact meaning behind each of them. He just stuck them on as they were. When you buy them they come with a piece of double‑sided tape, so you attach that to your phone and then place the turtles on top and it stick quite nicely. He said he hopes they bring him good luck, and that he can share that luck with everyone! #SEONGHWA #성화

#SEONGHWA said this period he took a break from working out and it's hard to get back into it now and he likes the softer/rounder look on him😆 ⭐️: After taking that break I feel like I can’t get back into it again, haha. I know I have to… I really do… but it’s not easy, yeah. And recently, well, that’s how it’s been. People say I look like I lost weight, but I didn’t. I actually gained some, I’ve gotten a bit chubby these days, all soft and round. Recently, yesterday and today too at the fansign, I saw the photos fans took of me and I totally look round/like ddeong-circle. But I look good (like this), right? Yeah. I think so too. And then I was looking at the photos from our tour, the ones where I wore that purple velvet outfit during Wake Up. And back then I was so skinny that… honestly, it didn’t look good either.

⭐️: When we sang Choose (at BST), I went up for the first time to sing and I really wanted to take a picture. I even thought about asking the staff for my phone so I could take a picture. I seriously debated it a lot. That’s how beautiful it was, it almost felt too much just to take with my own eyes. It was a really happy moment. I think it might have been the best festival I’ve been to recently. And I’ve been thinking this since the concerts, when I look at the audience I wonder, “Will a moment like this come to me again?” So I try to sink into that moment. Honestly, sometimes doing the same stage over and over can be tiring, but when I finish the performance and look at the audience during the goodbyes, when I look at ATINY’s faces, the Lightinys and all the lights, they all feel so precious #SEONGHWA #성화

#SEONGHWA about performing at BST Hyde Park yesterday! ⭐️: Yesterday’s concert ended safely and well, right? a lot of people came, I was really relieved. Actually, yesterday.. no, the day before, I went there in advance. Did I mention that? I went beforehand and I honestly was a bit worried. I wondered, ‘On such a big stage… will we be able to do well?’ But thankfully so many people came so I felt really happy. Before starting, I purposely didn’t look things up or try to watch the stage, I wanted to feel that emotion exactly the moment I walked in. The weather was so nice too. The wind was blowing a bit but it wasn’t really a problem, it actually made it even better. The sky was so beautiful, everything made it feel like it was such a good concert. It was Golden Hour, right yes.

Talking about the BAD MV Hongjoong complimented Seonghwa’s acting skills and said two scenes in particular really impressed him 😵💫 🐿️: Recently I monitored the full MV we filmed, you know, all the clips. And in this music video, Park Seonghwa’s acting… I think it plays a pretty big role 🐥: you know, those scenes where he’s right in the center in the biggest set 🐿️: There are about one or two, but depending how those get included, I think that will be a really fun point in this music video. ⭐️: I did my best, I haven’t seen it yet. 🐿️: his serious expression… that serious expression was really, kind of, the highlight. #SEONGHWA planned to dye his hair back to black right away but will be keeping it blonde for promotion as well! ⭐️: I was originally going to dye it back up right after filming the music video… but the bleached hair matched the song so well that I thought, “Ah… if I keep this for music shows too it’ll look really pretty.” So I debated it a lot and since I haven’t covered it now, yeah.. #SEONGHWA about making memories in Europe 🥹 ⭐️: The UK is much nicer than I thought. My memories of this country were usually just from coming here on tour but the more I come, the more my memories seem to get nicer. Same with Paris, same with the UK and well, Spain too. Probably it’s like that for all countries, really. Anyway, maybe it’s because I’m getting familiar with them. I’m turning each one into a good memory. Ease? Maybe I’ve gained some ease too. When I first went to Paris I wasn’t feeling well physically so I couldn’t go see things. But as time passed, like, on the last night (this time) I saw the Eiffel Tower and even though I’ve seen it many times, I realized it feels different every time I come. During this Paris schedule, the time I saw the Eiffel Tower was my favorite I think. It was the most romantic. Strangely, “I really want to go see the Eiffel Tower.” This thought came to me. Strangely. I felt like I had to go see it. Of course, taking photos there can be risky but I just really wanted to take photos at the Eiffel Tower. So after meeting Mingi and Jongho, I rushed there, saw it, and at exactly midnight it sparkles like this, you know? I saw that too. And this time in London too, I watched a really fun musical and at a big festival, as a headliner, I performed in a cool way. I like it. I really like it. #SEONGHWA #성화

Seonghwa’s mom spoke about how transparent and honest Seonghwa is with his emotions and how that somehow worries her as his mom 🥺 🗣️: Some people don’t show their emotions or the things they struggle with but Seonghwa shows everything so transparently that, as his mom, it worries me a bit. Maybe I notice it because I’m his mother, I’m not sure… but since I can see it all so clearly, sometimes I wish you wouldn’t express everything so openly and would keep those things inside a little. But Seonghwa really reveals every part of himself so transparently… ⭐️: There are pros and cons to that. During vacations or breaks I used to always share where I was, what I was doing, everything. When I stopped doing that, I realized a lot of people were waiting for my updates and since I’ve always loved in that way, I think that created a bit of a dilemma for me. But I like it this way. On the other hand, if the “on camera”and the “resting-time” person were completely different, that on/off switch would be exhausting I think. But I think the Seonghwa on camera and the Seonghwa off camera are the same Park Seonghwa, so I don’t feel stressed about it. Showing myself as I am was hard at first but as the years went by everything started to fall into place. So now it feels comfortable. #SEONGHWA #성화

⭐️: What am I into these days? These days? These days, I kind of just… I think I’m living in a sort of "no‑thoughts" state. I don’t really have emotional ups and downs, just… I'm calm. I kind of, I don’t really know my feelings these days. It’s not like my emotions are going up and down a lot or anything, but then, when I met a friend of mine and we talked I realized I actually have more worries than I thought. But I also wonder if I just didn’t have the space to talk about them. So, on one hand... I don’t know if I have a lot of worries or if I just don’t have thoughts. With work, work is busy too but sometimes I even wonder if I’m actually busy. Because when you do so many schedules… you don’t really feel it. Like, maybe I am really busy but I just can’t feel it. No, It’s not a slump. It’s pretty far from a slump. A slump is when work doesn’t go well and doing things feels hard, but I’m not like that. When I work, it’s fun and exciting, I just don’t really have emotional highs and lows. So I wonder if maybe this is actually a good thing?That’s how it is. I don’t think you need to worry about this, but actually, I did have a lot of worries and concerns… I just didn’t realize I was worrying about them? Yeah. "Maybe it’s because you haven’t had much time to take care of yourself?" No, but I think I’m actually the type who takes care of myself pretty well. Ah, recently I’ve been going to the sauna alone pretty often and I’ve had some time to think while doing that. No, wait thinking about it, even when I go to the sauna I just sit there without thinking. I think I just space out. I wonder if it’s because I’ve gotten used to this work now. "Maybe your brain just wants to rest." That also feels right. No but, compared to before being thoughtless/empty-minded actually seems better, compared to when I had so many thoughts I couldn’t sleep. Now I sleep with my legs stretched out (idiom, it means to sleep comfortably), yes. Maybe it’s because things feel stable, yes. My relationship with the members is really good and I feel a lot of satisfaction with the work I do, and since ATINY always show me support so strongly by my side, somehow I wonder if that’s why I don’t have emotional highs and lows. #SEONGHWA #성화

#HONGJOONG making the mistake of mentioning the Skin MV and suffering the consequences of ATINYs’ teasing is frying me 😆 🐿️: I don’t know whether a (Skin) special clip will come out or not~ but anyway seven have come out already so please show a lot of interest and since mine is out please give it another watch~ 🐿️: he didn’t express himself clearly, I did watch Seonghwa’s live!
