During today’s hearing for Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., it was revealed that KJ allegedly had videos of sexual encounters with an underage relative on his phone. Though it is unclear how old KJ was at the time, it is said that the relative was under the age of 12 at the time of the videos. Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy claims it was “multiple encounters” and that KJ used “predatory derogatory” language toward the victim in the video. McGillicudy revealed that KJ was charged with sexual battery of a victim under the age of 16 and had been under supervision for that charge since October 2025. KJ’d lawyer, Jason Sheffield, asked for KJ to be released on $65K bond, but McGillicudy asked for him not to be released or for the bond to be set at least $190k. #rhoa Source: TMZ, Page Six
