Took 4 solo sessions to learn how to breathe on the side. Today I had a session with my coach and 2 other ladies, I was so proud to have achieved this all on my own 😭🥺

Went back to my swimming lessons today! (Last went in May) 🏊🏽‍♀️❤️ Trying out a new school and I think I like it better. Even the coach is so good.

I started my hairline restoration journey with GLOA last week. Today was my 2nd session (microneedling), they're 12 in total. You can use my name "Dudu" for a 20% discount 🖤 They're based in Zambezi Junction, Montana. PS: You don't have to be bald to do the treatment.
