This video from a WhatsApp Group shows the state of Kitgum-Karenga Road. Last year Parliament approved almost half a trillion for the Kitgum-Kidepo Road via Namukora, Orom, Lobarangit and Karenga. The upgrading of this road should be speeded up for commerce and tourism.
