This can be ran on a laptop, offline by anyone , anywhere. They can do the same with chat bots as well. This is not some "dark esoteric knowledge" or some hackerman level stuff. Anyone can ask chat gpt how to do it and it will guide them step-by-step. Its 2025, please learn the technology available for the current era before supporting for more internet wide bans and censorships that do nothing besides removing freedom of speech, internet anonimity and allows the establishment more control over actual important political affairs while claiming to crack down on petty shit, that it cant even crack down on.
