I became aware in the last couple of days that Jeremy Boreing had three historians on his show on September 9th to discuss "saving the west", one of whom was Spencer A. Klavan. The discussion was thoroughly spiritual, and it even seemed to me that it was approaching a "pastoral" tone at certain points. Although Spencer Klavan considers himself a Christian and publicly identifies himself as such, he is intentionally living a homosexual lifestyle and participating in unrepentant homosexual behavior. He has even been held up in media as evidence of acceptance of homosexuality within Christian conservative circles back in 2021. It came to my attention following my appearance on Boreing's show alongside Jon Harris 🌲 and Will Spencer on June 24th of this year that Boreing had previously congratulated Spencer on his engagement and seemingly blessed the "marriage" on Twitter. Upon learning this following my appearance on the show, I expressed my disapproval to the show's producer Joel Berry. I hoped and still hope that Boreing is directly confronted with this moral conflict, in a public format in which he can address it. I was also unaware until I went on his show that Boreing was a pastor for a period of time in the past. Those exercising spiritual leadership and influence within the right-wing cannot compromise on subjects such as these and expect to be blessed by God. This sort of thing smells like the "Christless conservatism" that I have been complaining about for years with regard to organizations like TPUSA and other more mainstream conservative groups. With all of that in mind, I have not been the only person to have not known of Boreing's compromise on this subject until more recently (for example, the video on this post). We are never going to have a God-honoring political movement in this nation until Christians begin applying Scripture impartially and without respect to persons. This includes within the public domain. "Unequal weights and unequal measures are both alike an abomination to the Lord. Even a child makes himself known by his acts, by whether his conduct is pure and upright. The hearing ear and the seeing eye, the Lord has made them both." Proverbs 20:10-12
