بابك شكرابي من مستشاري مشروع ازدهار إيران إلى شعوبِ البلدانِ المجاورةِ والشقيقة، تحية طيبة وكل عام وأنتم بخير، ان تزامن عيد الفطر المبارك مع عيد النوروز، رأس السنة الفارسية العريقة، تُمثّل فرصة عظيمة للتأمل في معاني التجدد والانطلاق نحو بدايات جديدة. وبهذه المناسبة الكريمة، نرفع أسمى آيات التهاني وأطيب التمنيات إلى جميع المحتفلين بعيد الفطر المبارك، وإلى مجتمعاتكم الموقّرة، آملين أن يحمل هذا العيد في طياته السلام والاستقرار والازدهار لكافة شعوب المنطقة. لقد عانت العديد من دول جوارنا بشكل مباشر من سياسات النظام في إيران، الذي أسهم في تأجيج الصراعات، ودعم العنف، وتقويض الاستقرار في المنطقة. وكان الشعب الإيراني أول المتضررين، حيث تحمّل على مدى عقود تبعات القمع وسوء الإدارة والعزلة. ومن خلال هذه المعاناة المشتركة، ندرك جميعا حجم الأعباء التي تكبّدتها شعوب المنطقة نتيجة لهذه السياسات. واليوم، نخوض مساراً حازماً لإنهاء هذا الواقع المرير وفتح صفحة جديدة، ترتكز على مبادئ الحكم الرشيد وتعزيز الاستقرار الإقليمي، وإقامة علاقات بنّاءة مع كافة دول الجوار. إن رؤية سمو ولي العهد رضا بهلوي لمستقبل وطننا واضحة تمام الوضوح: مستقبل تضطلع فيه إيران بدور إيجابي وفاعل في ترسيخ السلام، وتعزيز التعاون، وتحقيق الازدهار المشترك لجميع شعوب المنطقة. ونتطلّع إلى طي هذه المرحلة المظلمة، والعمل سوياً من أجل بناء مستقبل لا تحدّده الصراعات، بل يقوم على أسس الحوار البناء، وتعزيز الشراكات، والتقدّم المشترك لكافة شعوب المنطقة.
