“Amniga Mogadishu ayaa aad loo adkeeyay”, a phrase dripping with irony, for it names the very duty Mohamed Farmaajo & Fahad Yasin فهد ياسين so spectacularly failed to deliver: Amni. We remember how Farmaajo & Fahad surrendered Mogadishu to Al Shabaab (#LabadiiShabaab), enabling their infiltration inside of government institutions & forfeiting port revenues. Instead of defending the nation, they strengthened its enemies. Somalia was left not only insecure but economically anemic, its budget siphoned into corruption & terror. Then, like cowards, they fled, boarding planes to escape, unwilling to live in the unliveable destruction they authored. ✈️ The nation was left impoverished, betrayed by its own leaders. Yet today, without shame, the Qurbo‑joog opportunists return only for elections, desperate to bask in a splendor they neither built nor defended, eager to sip from a cup they never filled. The former puppet president reappears, once again, seeking wages for betrayal. Illeyn ceeb looma dhinto. #Shameless Now, more than three years after devastation, under responsible stewardship Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, the capital breathes again. The Amni & dignity lost under Fahad & Farmaajo’s regime have been restored. Villa Somalia stands renewed, adorned, & reborn, a testament to what can be achieved when there’s leadership that is rooted & invested in the land Let history remind us: incompetence and treachery must never again be rewarded.

Mohamed Farmaajo Of all the leaders to emerge from Somalia’s long and turbulent history, you may well stand as the most uninformed head of state the country has ever endured. You are not only the most ignorant leader Somalia has produced, but also as one who cloaked incompetence in audacity. You fled amidst the storm & return years later, inquiring from others about the condition of the land. This renders you no captain but rather a castaway. "IF THE GLOVE DON’T FIT, YOU MUST AQUIT” Entitlement without care, audacity without preparation: this is not leadership, but insult. A man who learns nothing from the past & listens only to courtiers is not a leader, but a liability. Leadership requires verified facts & sustained presence; relying on second‑hand reports to indict a nation one left is a breach of responsibility.

#LestWeForget the historical truths that were tactfully glossed over by the former director of a think tank. The undeniable root cause of the lost victory in western Somali region lies in Siad Barre’s determined betrayal of the Somali people. The ONLF was formed after having faced the sting of Siad Barre’s duplicity & therefore embarked on a quest that they continue to stand on today for sovereignty, an independent nation. Their predecessors, the Western Somali Liberation Front (WSLF), advocated for unification, but they were ensnared in a web of deceit. Siad Barre, the grand orchestrator of a “liberation” struggle, rallied Somalis with an optimistic & spirited promise of unity. Yet, at the peak of the Somali people's heartfelt & dedicated struggle, Barre unilaterally abandoned the cause he put Somalia in just to ink a peace deal with Ethiopia, relinquishing all the hard-won territory. This betrayal severely compromised the Lions of Africa & the WSLF. Abandoned by their leader, they were tossed aside, vulnerable & undersupplied as they were forced to face the formidable might of the Soviet Union & the Warsaw Pact forces. Siad Barre's tenure is an account of leadership betrayal that would echo through the ages.

When Fahad Bin Yasin is compelled to move & do TV interviews, it's clear that the situation has become critical for financially motivated "mucaarad" assets link to Qatar, the Custodians of stagnation. Their agenda to ignite the much-anticipated "Kenyan uprising 2.0" within Somalia & provoke political chaos has evidently fallen flat.
