Below is a video outlining the initiation of an account creation for a storage subscription into the iagon network and the uploading of user files. Utilizing Fiddler, we can trace the passwords and files being sent to the iagon server in clear text & unencrypted, as stated in the audit findings. (Fiddler is a web debugging proxy tool that intercepts and logs all HTTP(S) traffic between a device and the internet, allowing developers and users to inspect, debug, and troubleshoot web service calls and network issues) In this example, we selected France as the regulatory environment & we uploaded test medical patient data to iagon, this sensitive data was also uploaded unencrypted and sent to the same iagon server in Germany with iagon having full access to the file before processing it further. This further reinforces the audit findings of centralization, non-encryption and GDPR non-compliance. Don't trust, verify. We encourage the community to replicate these findings from their own devices.
