I had to threaten him I was recording live so he can back down, he didn't. Right after they knocked this guy down, and I was busy trying to rescucitate him, the cop and another one followed me and clobbered the hell out me for recording them beating up protesters.

If I was the architect of state collapse, after am done looting I'd unleash a state sponsored militia on the citizens to mask my pillaging. The citizenry would be busy blaming the goons for their unruly behaviour, while my corrupt friends and I take their land, minerals, parastatals and enslave them to global banking cartels via odious debt. I'd even try to engineer an inter-tribal conflict, say...over grazing land and pretend to not see one side obviously disregard the other.
