Dear FEY, Allow me to share my journey with you. In 2021, when I began organizing events in the UK, my first gathering attracted 42 attendees 38 men and 4 women. My second event grew to 106 participants. However, during my third event, I was at the venue from 8 PM to midnight, and not a single person showed up, despite having paid for the venue, the DJ, and the hype man. I was devastated and cried my heart out. Yet, through persistence and honesty with myself, I achieved my highest turnout at my most recent TRADEFAIR, with 1,176 attendees and 100 vendors plus their teams. Stay committed to your craft, outline a progression plan, and execute it diligently. One belief that has always inspired me is, “If the dream doesn’t belong to Joseph, God wouldn’t have revealed it to him.” So, dive into your Bible and find a verse that resonates with you.
