#GRSE created history today with the delivery of INS Arnala, the first ship of the Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft (ASW SWC) class, to the #IndianNavy. The acceptance documents (D448) were signed by Cmde PR Hari, IN (Retd), Chairman & Managing Director, GRSE, and Cdr Ankit Grover, Commanding Officer, INS Arnala, in the presence of RAdm Ravnish Seth, VSM, Chief Staff Officer (Tech) , Eastern Naval Command, and senior officials from GRSE & Indian Navy . This landmark delivery underscores GRSE’s expertise, professionalism, and capability in building advanced and complex warships. RAdm Ravnish Seth highlighted that Yard-3029/Arnala, being indigenously designed and constructed, is a shining example of cutting-edge Naval Technology and a strong endorsement of the Government of India’s #MakeInIndia initiative, significantly bolstering the Indian Navy’s coastal defence capabilities.
