The entire appeal of Game of Thrones is a total sham, and Charles Dance completely exposed it. The show wasn't a masterclass in fantasy writing rather it was just a high budget trash relying on cheap shock value and softcore sleaze to trick people into watching. And I have been wondering... if the show is called Game of Thrones, why didn't they just play musical chairs to decide who gets to be king instead of fighting all those stupid wars?

Zach Galifianakis called Paul Rudd a talentless C-list pretty boy who fu*ked his way up while asking if he’s still “practicing” being Jewish is the purest form of entertainment ever filmed. Today that exact interview would get the entire production blacklisted, Netflix would issue a 12-paragraph apology, and Rudd would have to do a tearful Instagram Live about “growth.” The fact that this exists and is still funny proves one thing: the culture got weaker, not better. THE CAST DOESN’T EVEN KNOW THE BASIC LORE OF THEIR OWN SHOW AND WE’RE SUPPOSED TO EXPECT GOOD WRITING?! The writers and cast care so little about George R.R.
