🚨WATCH: A detransitioner tells the California State Assembly how his body "fell apart" after being put on estrogen and puberty blockers at the age of 13. "Nipple leakage, brain fog, chest pain, depression. I was urinating blood and had ulcers in my bladder and was too weak to attend school," Johnny Skinner said. "When I told my doctor how sick I was, he looked at me and said, welcome to womanhood." Skinner made the comments while testifying against AB 1876, a bill that would prohibit insurers from denying or limiting coverage for so-called "gender-affirming care." "This bill forces insurance companies to fund this cruel homophobia. It continues the lie that some children are born in the wrong body. Vote no," Skinner added.

🚨WATCH: An Ohio councilman who recently became a U.S. citizen opposes saying the Pledge of Allegiance at meetings, claiming it was shaped by "anti-immigrant sentiment." Athens City Councilman Paul Isherwood, who gained his citizenship only a few years ago, called the history of the pledge "strange" at a council meeting Monday, citing its reference to religion. Councilman Michael Wood also opposed reciting the pledge at meetings in part because of the "current administration," calling it "performative" and citing conflict with his Quaker faith.

🚨Stephanie Turner, the fencer who went viral after refusing to compete against a biological male, tells DOGE Subcommittee it is "unbelievably demeaning" to chalk female athletes losing to transgender opponents up to "skill" issues. A culture that includes public humiliation, doxxing, social ostracization, dismissal and even threats."

⚠️CAUTION: GRAPHIC⚠️ A high school girl in Texas confronted her school board Tuesday after she was allegedly beaten by a male student in a classroom. Footage of the incident appears to show Brooklyn Gianfrancesco, a high schooler at Katy ISD, being slapped and tackled by a boy. An adult in the video can also be seen running away once the altercation begins. Brooklyn fought back and she was later suspended for engaging in the "mutual confrontation," according to her dad. Brooklyn slammed the district on Tuesday for failing to label the incident an "assault" and told the board she feels she now has a "target" on her back for speaking up. "I'm receiving dirty looks from staff and students ... Are we saying that it's okay for a male athlete or any male to assault a female?" Brooklyn said. (📽️: Danny Gianfrancesco on Facebook)

🚨WATCH: An Oregon dad is demanding transparency after a male student leader was allegedly present while female middle schoolers showered during an "outdoor school" program. Zach Hillegas told the Estacada School District's school board on Wednesday his daughter recently attended the program. A male student leader referred to as "Pluto" was assigned to a girls' cabin and was present "during an intimate hygiene activity without proper adult supervision," according to the father. The student leader was removed from leading the girls' cabin after female students raised concerns, Hillegas said. "I ask the board to direct the immediate release of the full investigation, timeline and records redacted only as required by law," Hillegas told the board. "Our daughters trusted us to keep them safe. We trusted the district."

🚨 WATCH: An outraged Massachusetts mom confronted her local school board after her daughter lost to a biological male at an indoor track meet. Christy Nelson told the Pembroke School Committee on Tuesday that her daughter finished ninth in a race at the MSTCA Northeast Invitational over the weekend. The top eight finishers in certain events advance to finals at the meet. Nelson said a biologically male athlete finished ahead of her daughter and claimed a spot in the finals. She warned the school board "one day, it could be your daughter" and demanded they press the state to require athletic competitions be separated by biological sex. "These Pembroke female athletes ... are not getting their medals, and they're not getting their college opportunities. It's being stolen from them," Nelson said.

🚨WATCH: A Wisconsin parent blasts his children's school board for allowing students to leave school for an anti-ICE walkout. Joseph Rivera, a father of two kids in the Hudson School District, said Monday he warned the school board about the February protest in advance. He claimed parents were told students would not be allowed to leave campus, but over 100 students were still seen protesting downtown. "Parents were told one thing and experienced another ... That creates confusion, it undermines trust and it puts our students at risk," Rivera said. "We got lucky that no student was hurt."

🚨WATCH: A transgender lawmaker in New Hampshire compares the trans rights movement to black Americans who fought to end segregation. New Hampshire state Rep. Alice Wade (D) made the comment while advocating against a bill that would limit the use of facilities on the basis of sex and redefine the term "gender identity" in state law. "Giving rights to trans people does not take them away from others, just as giving rights to black Americans did not take them away from white Americans," Wade said. The bill in question, HB 1442, would prevent members of the opposite sex from using "gender identity" as a reason to access any space or service designated specifically for females or males. "When you look me in the eye and you say with all due respect, we need to take away your rights because trans people are inherently a threat. That is not with all due respect," Wade said to House Republicans who support the bill.

🚨 WATCH: A female volleyball player describes being forced to compete against a biological male while urging Arizona lawmakers to separate sports based on biological sex. Kaylie Ray, a former member of the Utah State University women's volleyball team, spoke in support of HCR 2003 to the Arizona House Education Committee on Tuesday. The bill would require sports teams and use of athletic facilities in the state be separated by biological sex. Ray told lawmakers she and her teammates feared for their safety when competing against the biologically male opponent, as well as were "disheartened by the lack of fairness." She said the opponent's physical strength was "far superior to anyone else's on the court." "Our basic right to a fair and safe competition was violated ... We were repeatedly dismissed and abandoned because leaders were afraid to speak the truth," Ray said.

🚨WATCH: A transgender New Hampshire lawmaker says keeping biological males out of girls' spaces is a "completely manufactured issue." Rep. Alice Wade (D) made the comment while testifying against HB 1447, which would create a legal definition of sex and require access to bathrooms and changing areas to be governed by that definition. "We are less than 1% of the population, but this has been made into a national issue because people think it's a winning political issue. It's not," Rep. Wade said. Wade also vowed to pay anyone in the room who could prove Wade is transgender, noting "you cannot do that."
