I launched a FREE Mobile Healthcare program for seniors aged 60 and above. Visiting 10 Community Development Area per day. We visited 142 CDAs in a month. Kosofe LGA has given an average of 800 UTME candidates yearly since 2022. I took it upon myself to monitor the registration, screening process, and tutorials. We've facilitated two different kinds of tutorials (fast learners and catch-up learners) in each of our free JAMB & GCE programs. We opened a WhatsApp group chat to send tutorial reminders. I joined anonymously, and it is funny the conversations they have & whatsapp stickers reveal how much work we need to do as parents. We beg & chase to get feedbacks & testimonials. I told them it may be "free," but it shouldn't be "wasted." People tend to waste what is given freely. From the registration day, you would most likely see how prepared they are. A 180/400 cutoff mark is ridiculous, to say the least. This was never our standard. We have a lot to do collectively as parents.
